If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it will be possible to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the day you received your purchased package.

For the exchange or return request, inform us by written email at info@roubinashoes.com (indicate order number, item, reason of return) and after our confirmation we will provide you the return shipping instructions and address.

The shoes must be returned in the same condition in which were shipped to you, included the original package/box and original receipt.

​

Please make sure to try your new shoes on a clean, soft interior surface. Damaged shoes or soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

For the return use a tracking shipping method and save the tracking number until we confirm you the goods have been returned to us as the responsibility of the goods it's on customer only until they reach us back.

Once we receive and confirm your returned goods, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

​

Refunds will be issued to the credit card account only that was used to make the original purchase and a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the returned order (or 100 Nis, whichever is lower) will be deducted. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be credited back.

The transaction payments made via PayPal will be refunded based on PayPal company conditions.
